Stay and play camp at Kooralbyn Valley

 

 

Blind Golf Queensland is excited to announce a number of upcoming games including a Play and Stay Golf camp at the beautiful Kooralbyn valley Resort.

 

This is another first of a kind event for our club and we’re hoping to make it a fun and rewarding social activity for all members.
Please come along and have a game with your BGQ friends.
Caddies and friends are also welcome to join and play.

Play and stay packages including breakfast are available at a heavily discounted rate for BGQ members.

Wed 27th Oct – 2 person Ambrose
We’ll have a 2 person ambrose at Kooralbyn Valley on Wednesday Oct 27 at 10:10am followed by dinner and drinks at the Tavern from 6:30pm.

Thurs 28th Oct – Teams event
We’ll kick off early with breakfast, a skills session on the green at 8am and then golf at 9am.
The Kooralbyn Valley game on Thursday 28 October will be a teams 2-person alternate shot event which is guaranteed to deliver lots of laughs.
Each pair will play for a team and we’ll have two teams competing for the prestigious BGQ pineapple!

 

Thurs 28th Oct –  OPTIONAL Skills Clinic
Eligible participants can take part in an optional skills development clinic at 8:00Am Thursday Oct 28.
The one hour session before tee-off will be a special introduction to the upcoming BGQ skills development program and provide players with an opportunity to learn and practice golf skills in a way that is tailored to our group.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to come so we can reserve your place.
Golf legend Todd Sleep PGA from TS Golf Academy on the Gold Coast will be hosting the clinic
Cost for the clinic is $50 per person.
If you intend to claim for reimbursement  of camp costs, you must enrol in the skills clinic.
