Home of the Australian PGA Championship on the Gold Coast

The President and Secretary of Blind Golf Queensland were lucky enough to experience one of Australia’s premier golf courses first-hand on Tuesday afternoon.
Club President Dr Brad Carver and BGQ Secretary Neil Herdegen visited the home of the Australian PGA Championship on the Gold Coast and were treated to a tour of the clubs’ world class course, driving range and eight restaurants and bars.
“There’s not too many places that I think I’d rather be, this is an epic golf course and the facilities must rank highly against some of the best we have in Australia.” said Neil.
“Thanks to the RACV Royal Pines for their warm welcome, we’re really excited to have the opportunity to be here and experience the best that Queensland has to offer.”
“We can’t wait to come back to play the PGA course soon” said the secretary.”
“I’ll have to bring a bunch of balls, I’m sure I’ll be losing plenty to the water hazards!”
